• Complete restoration of the original Bell Mountain Ranch barn, preserving the history of the building while bringing it up to modern safety and amenity standards
• Optional picture streaming for every horse stall on the property, offering the ability to check in on or simply watch your horse from anywhere with an Internet connection
• All new automatic waterers throughout the property
• The addition of several round pens
