The place had deteriorated something fierce while vacant, so when I learned that it had been purchased I was skeptical that it could be brought back from the dead. Boy was I WRONG! The Penrod family and their team have not only brought the facility back from the dead, but they have lovingly restored the historic buildings where possible, and brought new state of the art waterers, plumbing, new electrical systems, much better fencing, and a "can-do" attitude that is extended to everyone quite equally -- whether you are a serious rider like a jumper or dressage rider, or a trail rider like me, you will find your horse extremely well cared for, the hay is awesome, the staff is incredibly responsive, and all of my needs have been met or exceeded.
