Experienced Trainers Needed Immediately!
Bell Mountain Ranch Equestrian Center is looking for a trainer with experience teaching beginner through intermediate riders. We need a part-time (20hrs/week) W-2 Employee with potential for growth based on skill.
The job will require working Saturdays and at least two evenings a week during the school year (5pm-8pm). You will be a big part of camp and educational programs put on by the facility. Must like to work with kids.
We are a 60+ horse boarding facility that also runs a lesson program. An ideal candidate will be able to teach lessons for the lesson program as well as provide training for clients who request it. We are a family-friendly community that is composed of all types of riders - hunter/jumper, dressage, western dressage, reining, trail, and of course recreational riders.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years teaching lessons and training client horses. Safety is our utmost priority. Discipline preference is not as crucial as horsemanship skills and mindset. Ideally, you will be able to teach beginner lessons in both English and Western and then have a preference of advanced lessons to teach. Must be excited about fostering horsemanship skills and teaching non-mounted classes as well as lessons/trainings.
Must be able to use a computer and own a working smartphone.
Hourly wage DOE. We provide insurance coverage for lessons/trainings given at the facility.
Please send resume and link to a video of you riding to email@example.com.
